高钾处理小脑与同种及异种视神经体外联合培养的研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用上海医科大学解剖教研室建立的以高浓度钾离子体外培养中枢神经系统脱髓鞘模型.移植(?)(?)同种及异种动物的视神经,进行联合培养并结合电镜和免疫细胞化学,对髓鞘再生过程作了直观的观察和研究.结果表明,脱髓鞘模型与同种动物视神经联合培养的10个标本中有5个出现再生髓鞘,占总数的50%.而与异种视神经联合培养的24个标本中,有6个出现再生髓鞘,占25%;两组最早观察到再生髓鞘时间分别在联合培养的第11天和16天. In order to understant the abilities of remyelination in the central nervous system(CNS), a new model of the CNS demyelinated (cerebellum) explantaion, which has been set up with the high concentration of K4+. was used. Both homogenous and xenogenous optic nerves derived from new born (Po) mice and rats were co - cultured with the above new model. Living observations were made for consecutive days and techniques of electromicroscopy and immunocytochemistry were applied to investigate the processes of the remyelination directly. The results showed that the 5 samples were remyelinated among the 10 demyelinated cerebellum cocultures with homogenic optic nerves; meanwhile, the 6 samples were remyelinated among 24 cocultures with xenogenous. The environments and mechanisms of the CNS remyelination were discussed in this paper.
