西双版纳自然保护区建立社区村民自助组织的研究

Study on the Establishment of Community Villagers Self-organization in Xishuabanna Nature Reserve

在中德合作“云南西双版纳热带林保护与恢复项目”(GTZ)资助下,通过对保护区内不同民族的3个示范村建立村民自助组织,探讨了西双版纳自然资源保护和社区经济发展的必要性和重要性。对村民自助组织的目标、管理机构、资金管理等问题进行了阐述,分析了村民自助组织建立后的3大效益,提出了进一步加强村民自助组织的建议。

With the aid of Sino - German Cooperation Project of Tropical Forest Protection ＆ Rehabilitation of Xishuabanna in Yunnan （GTZ）, the necessity and significance for the resources protection and community economic development axe explored through 3 demonstration villages of different ethnic groups to set up villagers＇ self- organizations in the reserve. Based on the study of objective, management structure and fund supervision of the self- organization, three benefits after the establishment of the self- organization are expected and suggestions for further strengthening the organization axe proposed.
