人腭扁桃体上皮内郎格汉斯细胞的观察研究

A STUDY OF LANGERHANS CELLS IN HUMAN PALATINE TONSIL

应用ATP酶组化法、电镜观察和图像分析,对人腭扁桃体上皮内郎格汉斯细胞进行了观察.结果显示:儿童期和青年期腭扁桃体上皮基底层均存在郎格汉斯细胞,其形态结构与皮肤内的相似,但胞体较大,突起略少.青年期腭扁桃体上皮的郎格汉斯细胞的数量、面积、周长均大于儿童期,而ATP酶反应的灰度无显著差别.

Langerhan's cells of four children's and six adults' palatine tonsils obtained from hospital were investigated by means of ATPase histochemical and electron microscopic study and image analysis. The results showed that ATPase-positive Langerhan's cells, whose cytological features were similar to those of epidermis, were found in the epithalial stratum basale of human tonsil. The density, perimeter, and area of children's Langerhan's cells were greater than those of adults' Langerhan's cells. But the grey of ATPase reacting substance showed no difference.
