摘要
本文对目前有关多溴代二苯并二恶英(PBDD)及多溴代二苯并呋喃(PBDF)的形成机理、分析方法、健康影响及暴露水平等几个方面的研究进展进行了综述.认为PBDDFs可通过化学反应、热化学反应及从产物母体(如PBDE)中热反应形成.有限的研究表明PBDDFs与PCDDFs有类似的毒性.随着溴代阻燃剂的广泛生产和使用,环境中PBDDFs的水平增加,人类的暴露风险将会增加.
This article reviews the state of the science regarding the formation ways, the health effects, analysis method and exposure level of polybrominated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PBDDs) and dibenzofurans (PBDFs). PBDD/Fs exist as unintentional by-products in chemical processes and can also be formed during various combustion processes. Current exposure data is extremely limited, available literature suggeststhat brominated compounds have similar toxicity profiles to their chlorinated homologues. The rapid increase in the use of brominated flame retardants (BFRs) has raised the level of environmental concern regarding PBDD/Fs as it is likely that human, as well as wildlife, exposure to brominated dioxins and furans will increase with their use.
