大鼠肠肌丛胆碱酯酶和亮氨酸脑啡肽双染法研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用酶组织化学和免疫组织化学双染法,对大鼠肠肌丛内胆碱酯酶阳性和亮氨酸脑啡肽神经元进行了研究.在同一张标本上同时显示胆碱酯酶阳性和亮氨酸脑啡肽神经元,后者用二盐酸联苯胺作显色剂.结果观察到三种不同染色的神经元:(1)胆碱酯酶阳性神经元;(2)亮氨酸脑啡肽单染神经元;(3)胆碱酯酶-亮氨酸脑啡肽双染神经元.并同时统计了30个肌间神经节,发现平均每个肌间神经节含这三种神经元的数目依次为8.33,0.07和2.40.以上结果提示亮氨酸脑啡肽可以与乙酰胆碱共存于经典的胆碱能神经元.本文还对大鼠肠肌丛内.胆碱能神经元的类型及其与脑啡肽神经元之间的关系进行了讨论. Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) -positive and leucine-enkephalin immunoreactivity (LENK-IR) neurons were simultaneously visualized in the same rat myenteric plexus sample by means of double-staining method of AChE and LENK. Benzidine dihydrochoride(BDHC) was used as a color reagent for showing LENK -IR. Three different types of stained neurons were observed in the rat myenteric plexus: AChE-positive neurons (8. 33/ganglion), LENK single - stained neurons (0.07/ganglion) and AChE-LENK double - stained neurons(2.40/ganglion). The above results suggest LENK may coexist with acetylcholine (ACh) in the classic cholinergic neurons in the rat myenteric plexus. The types of cholinergic neurons and regalutory relationship between cholinergic and ENK-ergic neurons are also discussed in this paper.
