摘要
针对压裂施工过程中对一些重要参数的控制,本文提出了基于FCS和Intranet的混砂车网络控制方案,具体设计了网络控制系统的整体结构、通信协议,并对系统进行了测试,验证了该系统的稳定性和实用性,使混砂车控制系统的自动化水平大大提高,减少了认为的误操作,提高了工作效率。
Concerning the control of some important parameters in the procedure of Hydraulic Fracturing construction, the paper come up with the scheme of a networked control system of the blender based on FCS and Intranet is proposed. The structure and the protocol for communication of the system are also given. The testing of the system proves its stability and practicability. It improves the automation of the blender greatly, decreases the false operation by people, and improves the efficiency.
