细胞信号转导的动态组织

摘要 目的探讨细胞信号转导组织规则,从而为研究复杂性细胞信号网络系统提供有益帮助。方法借助二进制字符串(即1和0字符串)描述模式和IF…THEN…规则语句对信号分子间的识别和不同刺激条件下信号网络的组织规则进行分析研究。结果二进制字符串描述模式既体现了信号分子间相互识别的复杂多样性,也为信号分子间的特异性识别提供了一种简明描述;IF…THEN…组织规则分析既充分体现了信号网络中信号分子间的动态变化组合,又表明了细胞能够根据环境变化组织成为复杂多样的不同层次信号转导规则。结论本文促进了对复杂信号网络组织机制的认识,充分体现了细胞的自适应及自组织特性,同时也促进了对复杂性自适应系统的理解。 Objectiyo: To investigate the organization of cellular signaling transduction in an attempt to offer some assistance to the research on the complexity of cellular signaling system. Mothods: By virtue of the binary character string ( land 0 character string) description pattem and IF…THEN…. rule sentence to analyse the recognition among sig- nal molecules and the organization rules of signal networks under various stimulations. Results: The binary character string pattem incarnates the complexity and diversity of the recognition of signal molecules, and, morevrer offers a concise description for the specificity reco-nition of signal molecules; IF…THEN…organization rule not only embodies the dynamic assemble of signal molecules of singal networks, but also indicates that cells could construct sophisticated and various levels of signaling transduction rules according to the variety of environment. Gonclusion: This paper promotes the understanding of the organization mechanism of signaling networks, and significantly embodies the self- adaptive and self - organization property of cell. It also improves the comprehensiou of complex self- adaptive systems.
