门票疯涨的背后——政府规制的必要性

2004岁末,国内诸多世界遗产景点的门票涨价尽管采用了“先进”的“听证会”程序,尽管涨价的理由是那么的迫不及待,但是无疑,此次涨价风波踩了公众利益的“红线”,而其转嫁成本的“合理、合法”的过程,则是招致普遍质疑的最直接原因。这也促使我们从公共产品的角度去分析和判断,在小小门票的背后到底存在着怎样的利益博弈。

Though the markup of many world heritage spots in China in the late of 2004 adopted the “advanced hold court” procedure and the reason of the markup is too impatient to wait, no doubt the markup storm touched the benefit of the public. The “reasonable and legitimate” process transferring the cost is the most direct reason caused the public oppugn.
