摘要
用非放射性原位杂交组织化学法对大鼠下丘脑室周区内的生长抑素mRNA阳性神经元进行了研究.结果发现在第三脑室周缘的室管膜内及室管膜下有密集分布的生长抑素mRNA阳性神经元,并见到一些阳性神经元的胞体与第三脑室腔接触,甚至位于第三脑室腔内.由此认为这些含生长抑素mRNA的触液神经元可能是神经-体液间信息交换的形态学基础之一.
Somatostatin mRNA (SOMmRNA) positive neurons in the periventricular area of the rathypothalamus were studied using non-radioactive in situ hybridization histochemistry method. Theresults indicated that SOMmRNA positive neurons were distributed densely in the ependymal andsubependymal layers of the third ventricle. Some of them not only contacted directly with the thirdventricle but also existed within it, suggesting that these neurons may be the morphylogicalbasis for message exchanges between the brain and cerebrospinal fluid.
