疟疾疫苗研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 疫苗是控制乃至消灭传染性疾病的有效手段。疫苗的应用使天花、脊髓灰质炎得以消灭或基本消灭、麻疹流行得到有效控制。虽然致疟疾的病原体疟原虫的生活史及构造远较病毒和细菌复杂,但随着疟原虫的抗药性虫株和抗杀虫剂蚊媒的出现,研制有效的疟疾疫苗仍是控制疟疾发病率和死亡率的首选目标之一。该文就这方面的研究进展作一综述。
