Higher Education in the View of Governance

随着治理理论的兴起,在西方国家人们开始重新思考高等教育的管理问题,并尝试着在学校与政府、社会之间以及学校内部建立多方合作的关系。在高等教育领域实现治理,要求重新界定政府的管理权限和管理方式,要有成熟的民间组织和教育中介组织承担起某些职能,高等院校层次的管理也要从封闭走向开放。

The theory of governance affirms the pluralization of manager in the social public business, opposing the single managing situation of the government. Governance in the field of higher education calls for restricting the bound and measure of government＇s power renewedly. Civil organization and educational agency need to take on some functions. And management of universities and colleges should change from the close state to the opening.
