3451名大学新生入学之际心理卫生状况调查

Psychological Health Status among 3451 University Freshmen

目的了解学生从高三到大学过度阶段的心理卫生状况。方法对浙江工商大学入学1周内的大一新生,在统一培训的医务人员指导下,采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行随机采样分析。结果入校新生SCL-90各因子均分低于高三学生,更低于全国大学生,且差异有统计学意义;因子分中,一个以上因子得分≥3分的大一新生占8.74%,比高三学生的13.6%和大学生的10%～30%都低,把这3个时间点的检出率顺序连线,呈现中间低两头高的曲线。结论大一新生心理卫生状况优于高三学生和全国大学生,影响这个群体心理卫生状况的特殊条件是:经过高考拼搏后被录取的兴奋和放松情绪。可见局部环境对学生心理卫生状况的影响十分明显,进行心理干预应重视客观环境的改善。

Objective To study psychological health status of students from senior high schools to universities duning the transitional period. Methods Conded study was by random sanlpling and under the gni .dance of specially trained medical persounel by using the Symptom Checklist 90（SCL- 90）. Results The SCL- 90 average factors of file subjects were below the students in 3^th grade of senior luigh schools, much lower than the college students nation- wide. Moreover, the gap was very large.8.74% of The ffeslnncn scored more than 3 in one factor, which is lower than the 13.6% among students in 3^nh of senior high schools and 10% -30% among college students. Linking the above three statistics in order, it appeared a diagram of being “low in the middle and high at the two ends”. Conclusions The psychological state of freshman is superior to that of the senior three students and countrywide university students.The particular term flint affects file healthy state of this community is： the excitement and relaxation after the exertion of passing the college entrance examination. It is fully observable that part environment has an obvious impact npon the state of mental health of students, Attention should be paid to the inlprovement of the objective environment in the process of mental intervention.
