长沙市中小学生控烟效果的研究

Study on the Smoking Control among Primary and Secondary School in Changsha

目的探讨在学校学生中开展系列控烟干预活动,以提高中小学生对烟草危害的认知。方法选择中小学各2所,其中各一所作为对照,一所进行干预,前后分别进行基线调查和终期评估,结果进行统计学分析结果干预学校学生在烟草危害知识认知和拒烟行为形成情况较对照学校相比有明显的提高,表明干预措施取得一定的效果。结论针对中小学生进行一系列烟草危害和拒烟技巧等知识传播与行为干预是降低中小学生吸烟率的有效途径。

Objective To find a series of the smoking control intervention activity, with increasing the conviction of no smoking among students. Methods Two primary seliools and two secondary schools were selected, and anlong those one for control group and the other one for intervention group.The basie line investigation and final evaluation were adopted. The result were proceed by the statisfieal analysis. Results The results showed the knowledge cognitive of the student on tobaeeo hazard and behavior formation of refuse tobaeeo in intervention group were signitieantly increased than that in eontrol group. Conclusion A series of knowledge eommtmieation on tobaeeo hazard and behavior intervention of refusing smoke technique that is effective outlet for decreasing smoking rate of students in primary and seeondary school.
