“人力资源是第一资源”在当今世界已形成共识,现代市场竞争就是人的竞争。随着时代的不断发展,现代企业人力资源管理又被赋予新的内涵,并且呈现出新的特点。面对激烈的市场竞争,国有企业必须进一步建立完善的人才激励机制和分配机制、加强员工培训、建立优秀的企业文化。
With the constant development of times, the management of human resources in modem enterprise have been given new connotation and presenting new characteristics. Facing sharp competition of the market, state-owned enterprises must further establish perfect talent encouragement mechanism and allocation mechanism, strengthen employee training and set up excellent enterprise culture.
