Thinking about Developing Hunan's Higher Vocational Education Based on Gross Developmental Level of Education

基础教育和高等教育都包含着职业教育,高等职业教育靠初级教育筑基,中等教育支撑,其他形式高等教育合力。蓬勃发展的湖南高等职业教育与湖南省的教育总体发展水平密切相关,未来十年高职教育的发展也与此相威相约。

Both basic education and higher education contain vocational education. Higher vocational education is based on primary education, depended on middle education, supported by other higher education. Developing higher vocational education in Hunan related with developmental level of the whole education, which influences and constricts the development of higher vocational education in future 10 years.
