摘要
“制造业和现代服务业技能型紧缺人才培养培训工程”的启动,迎来了职业教育的春天。人才资源的开发必须依靠教育, 而教育是面向未来、为未来社会造就人才的,今天的教育发达程度将决定明天的人才质量和后天的经济水平。而高等职业要发展,根本出路在教育质量,在于提高学生的综合素质,在于提高学生的创新精神与创新能力。
The development of talents must depend on education which faces future and whose advanced level will decide future＇s talents quality and economic standard. However, higher vocation＇s way out lies in the quality of education, and the improvement of students＇ comprehensive quality as well as their innovative spirit and abilities.
