小乳癌彩超诊断的初步探讨

Evaluation of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of small breast cancer

目的评估彩超对小乳癌(≤2.0cm)的诊断价值。方法将B超及彩色多普勒超声诊断的64例乳癌小肿块进行回顾分析,与病理结果对照。结果小乳癌的声像图仅具备部分恶性特征,但肿块内微钙化是其重要特征,微钙化作为小乳癌的诊断指标,敏感性85%,特异性92%,准确性89%,阳性预测值88%。结论乳腺小肿块内微钙化,是超声诊断小乳癌的重要依据。

Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler tdtrasound for finding the small breast cancer （ ≤2.0cm） in theearly stage. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was analyzed retrospectively in 64 cases with small breast tumor according to the pathology from operation. Results Partially characteristical changes of small breast cancer were displayed, and Microcalcification within the mass is an important characteristic which had a sensitivity of 85%, specificity of 92%, positive predictive value of 88% and accuracy of 89% for diagnosing small breast cancer. Conclusion microcalcification of small breast tumor may paly an important role in diagnosis of small breast cancer.
