声敏化三螺旋寡核苷酸介导声动力治疗肿瘤 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤是目前威胁人类健康最凶险的疾病之一。寻找选择性好、副作用小的防治恶性肿瘤的新方法仍然是当今医学研究的热点。基因治疗和声动力治疗是新兴的极具应用前景的肿瘤治疗新方法。本文提出声敏剂修饰三螺旋结构寡核苷酸介导声动力治疗恶性肿瘤新策略,以期为临床恶性肿瘤的防治提供新的手段。 At present, tumor is one of the most dangerous diseases to human life. It is a hot point to find out a good preferential and minimal side - effect prevention and treatmemnt of malignant tumors in the current medicine research. Gene therapy and sonedynamic therapy show considerable promise as new treatment for malignant tumors. Based on sonochemical effect and antigene therapy, the paper provides a new strategy for chnical prevention and treatment of tumors by sonedynamic therapy with triples helix olignucleotides modified by sonosensitizer.
