摘要 目的观察经瞳孔温热疗法(TTT)治疗实验性兔脉络膜新生血管(CNV)的组织学改变,并探讨其机制.方法用多波长氪离子激光对5只有色家兔(10只眼)进行眼底光凝,诱导出CNV,每周行眼底荧光血管造影检查,3周后采用波长810 nm半导体激光进行TTT治疗,术后随访2~11周,不同时间点处死家兔,行光镜检查.结果光凝后第3周部分光凝斑出现荧光素渗漏.TTT治疗后1~8周光镜观察,可见病灶局限,视网膜与脉络膜粘连,成纤维细胞增生.结论 TTT治疗后,加速了CNV损伤的瘢痕修复. Objective To study the different time effects of transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT) on experimental choroidal neovascularization ( CNV ) in the pigmented rabbits, and to investigate the probable mechanism. Methods TTT was performed in 5 rabbits( 10 eyes) with experimental CNV induced by high-intensity red krypton laser photocoagulation. TTT was performed using IRIS diode laser 810 nm after induced 3 weeks. Follow-up studies, including fundus photography and FFA, were performed weekly. Tissues were examined with light microscopy at different time between 2 and 11 weeks. Results Some photocoagulation spots showed angiographic leakage at 3 weeks. Lesions were limited with retina and choroid adher- ence, fibrocyte proliferation evaluated by light microscope after TTT treatment. Conclusions Compared with the lesions without TTT treatment, TTT treatment can accelerate the lesions scar repair.
