摘要
以西方学者提出的X理论、Y理论、超Y理论和Z理论四种管理人性观为基础,通过对我国348名企业管理者和普通员工进行问卷调查发现,我国企业管理者相对较为倾向于Y理论与Z理论,而对X理论倾向性最低;企业管理者和普通员工在X理论和Z理论两种西方管理人性观上存在着显著性差异。在此基础上提出了三条相应的对策建议。
Based on the four foreign theories of value inclination of management humanity and the questionnaire investigation, employees of Chinese enterprises prefer the theories of “complex humanity”, “Y”, “Z” to the theory of “X”. At the same time, the significant diversity on the theory “X”and “Z” of management humanity between the managers and employees has been found. According to the investigation results, the related suggestion is submitted.
