应对山西水资源危机的几点建议

Recommendations For Crisis of Water Resource Shanxi

针对山西省水资源面临枯竭的现状,提出了应由开源、截流转变为节水、补水的水资源利用原则,给出了在补给区开展水土保持,增加入渗量;修建拦洪坝,蓄洪补水等具体建议。

To counter the current situation of water resource, Shanxi province, which is faced with crisis of water resource being dried up, this paper put forwards a principle, i.e. from developing water resource, interception to transform throttling to recharge and multiple use of water resource. It is recommended that water and soil conservation should be made in alimentation area with infiltration volume increasing, and flood barrier should be constructed to store floodwater and replenish the stock in river channels.
