The Ti,Mo,W,Cr and alloys clad diamond and CBN abrasives are manufactured by vacuum slow evaporation deposition technology ,the properties of the clad abrasives and tools made with clad abrasives are examinated. Thequality index of inspection include surface quality , thickness and structure of the coating , oxidation resistance of clad abrasives ,bond strength between the coating and abrasives. The properties of clad abrasives tools are compared with that of non clad abrasives.
