摘要
本文对石材锯片中结合剂对金刚石的把持力进行了试验研究.在不损失结合剂把持力的前提下,提出了以铁代钴,采用铁+铜+低钴的设计,研制出一种新型的低钴结合剂配方和相应的烧结工艺.大大降低了锯片制造成本,提高了经济效益.用该配方生产的锯片经过现场使用,证明效果很好.
In this paper, experimental studies are made on the holding force of the bond to diamonds in stone cutting saw segment. Without damaging the holding force,the authors designed a new bond formula with low Co content +Fe +Cu and a special sintering process. Thus greatly decrease the production cost and bring considerable profit for saw blade manufacturers. The saw blades made with new formula are proved excellent through cutting in many stone yards.
