摘要
目的采用一种新的方法进行颅内顺应性测定,并与目前采用的方法进行比较。方法7条狗安置硬膜外球囊并注液制成颅高压模型。采用压力注射泵以不同的设定时间向硬摸外球囊恒速推注或抽吸定量液体并分析颅内压变化趋势的变化规律。结果无论是推注或抽吸,颅内压变化趋势均呈指数型曲线;以不同的设定时间恒速推注或抽吸时,颅内压的变化趋势存在显著性差异。结论采用向颅内恒速推注或抽吸定量液体的方法可以测定颅内顺应性,测定结果稳定。
To introduce a new method to monitor intracranial compliance and to compare it with the present method used extensively. Methods 7 healthy Mongrel dogs were used as models of intracranial hypertension by arranging latex sacculus epidurally and injecting physiological saline into it. Injection pump was used to irffuse or withdraw fixed quantity of liquid at different initialized time to change the intracranial volume and then the different trends of variation of ICP were recorded and analyzed. Results Whatever dealing with infusion or withdrawal by injection pump, the variation trends of ICP were both in the exponential way. With different initialized time of infusion or withdrawal, the ICP variation trends were in significant difference. Conclusion The methods of intracranial constant infusion or withdrawal can be used to detect the intracranial compliance with stable results.
