Barrett食管的光动力治疗
摘要
目前Barrett食管(BE)的治疗主要有几种方式:改变生活方式;内科药物治疗;手术则安全性较差,副作用较多,患者不易接受.随着内镜技术的发展,内镜介入治疗BE,收到较为理想的效果,方法主要包括内镜下黏膜切除术、激光、电凝、热探头、液氮冷冻治疗、光动力疗法(PDT)等.
