从抑制肿瘤血管生成、降低肿瘤微血管密度、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抗肿瘤转移、提高化疗药物疗效、增强患者免疫功能及降低某些肿瘤患者及高危人群对诱变剂的敏感性等多方面,对近年来国内关于人参皂苷Rg3防治肿瘤作用及其机理的研究进展进行了综述,认为人参皂苷虽具有广泛地防治肿瘤作用,但其确切地作用机理还有待进一步研究。
