摘要
本文介绍了一种新型金刚石砂轮结合剂超细增韧聚酰亚胺树脂粉,通过磨削试验表明:该树脂粉制作的金刚石砂轮其耐磨性明显优于酚醛树脂砂轮.通过扫描电镜观察,找出了聚酰亚胺金刚石砂轮耐磨性的原因.
In this paper,a toughened polyimide resin micropowder which is used as a new kind of resinoid bond of diamond wheel is presented. Grinding expriment shows that the wear-resisting properties of polyimide resinoid bond diamond wheel are superior to those of phenolic resinoid bond diamond wheel. The reason of the wear-resisting properties of polyimide resinoid bond diamond wheel is found by SEM micrographs technique.
