摘要
目的建立硫酸新霉素滴眼液的含量测定方法.方法采用比色法,波长为335 nm,测定硫酸新霉素的含量.结果硫酸新霉素的线性范围10~60 μg*ml-1,相关系数r=0.9994,回收率为100.1%(n=6),RSD为0.82%.结论此方法简便、快速,适用于医院制剂的快速分析.
AIM To establish a method for the detemaination of neomycin sulfate eye drops. METHOD Colofimetric method was used for the determination of neomycin sulfate eye drops at wavelength 335 nm. RESULTS The linear range of neomycin sulfate is 10 - 60μg · ml^-1, the correlation coefficient (r) = 0. 9994; the recovery rate was 100.1% ( n = 6), RSD = 0.82%. CONCLUSION This method is convenient and fast, thus applied to the fast analysis of preparation in hospital.
