摘要
奖赏结构是指群体环境中与成就目标有关的不同人际关系,可分为竞争、合作和个体化三种。这三种奖赏结构具有各自不同的特点,它们对学生的学习既有积极作用,也有消极影响。在课堂教学中,教师要善于利用奖赏结构为自己的教学服务。
Award structure refers to the different personal relationships connected with achievement targets in group environment. It can be divided into competitive, cooperative and individual award structures. The three award structures have their own different charaeters and have positive and negative influences on students' studies, In classroom teaching, teachers must try to use them well so as to serve their teaching.
