心理健康教育是幼儿教育的重要内容。从幼儿身心发展的特点出发，可以通过体育活动培养幼儿健康的自我意识和良好的情绪情感，采用心理活印课实施心理健康教育，以及发挥幼儿游戏的心理卫生保健功能，从而培养幼儿的健康心理。
Psychology health education is very impotant in infants education. According to infants and physical characteristics,the healthy self-consciousness and sound emotion of infants dan be formed mental through P· E activities .Psychology health education can be put into the practice of psychology activities.In this way , infants＇healthy psychdogy can be cultivated.
