摘要
目的测定复方化瘀片中灯盏乙素含量。方法采用HPLC法,流动相为0.4%冰醋酸溶液乙腈(76∶24);检测波长335nm;流速1.0mL/min。结果灯盏乙素在1.0～160.0μg/ml范围具有良好线性关系,加样回收率均大于98.0%,RSD<3%。结论方法简单,重现性好,可作为复方化瘀片中灯盏乙素的含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the content of breviscaplin in Compound Huayu Tablets. Method HPLC was used to determine the content of breviscaplin as column temperature at 30℃, with acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid（24 ： 76）（V/V） as mobile phase and mobile velocity of 1.0 mL· min^-1 ,at 335nm of detection wavelength. Result There was a good linear relationships between the concentration of breviscaplin and absorption area value in the ranges of 1.0～160.0μg·mL^-1（r=0.9998）. The average recovery was higher than 98.0%. Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible and reproducible and can be used to determine the content of breviscaplin in Coupound Huayu Tablets.
