摘要
目的测定不同日龄泰和乌骨鸡体内氨基酸含量以确定最佳入药时间。方法采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定40～140日龄泰和乌骨鸡的氨基酸含量。结果泰和乌骨鸡体内氨基酸含量受日龄影响,在110～120d达最高值。
Objective To determine the content of amino acids in Taihe Silky fowls during different day-age. Method The content of amino acids in Taihe Silky fowls during 40 to 140 days old was determined by automatic amino acid analysismetry. Result The content of amino acids in Taihe Silky fowls was affected by the day-age and it arrived the highest content during 110 to 120 days old. Conclusion The optimal period of Taihe Silky fowls for making medicine was 110 to 120 days old.
