摘要
在供应链管理环境下,实施逆向物流是现代企业增强竞争优势的手段之一.当前的研究主要集中在供应链及逆向物流的网络设计问题.计算机与网络技术的迅速发展以及激烈的市场竞争已经迫使企业关注两种网络的整合问题,以期能通过供应链做出更有效的决策.本文对处于保修期内的返回商品的闭环供应链的网络设计进行了研究,基于企业成本最小原则,建立了关于加工工厂,分拆检测中心以及货物流分配的混合整数规划数学模型,并运用了Bender方法对模型进行了求解.
The application of reverse logistics is a method that can strengthen anenterprise competitiveness in the supply chain. Recently much research has focusedon both the supply chain and reverse logistics network design problem. The rapidprogress in computer and network technology and the increasingly fiercecompetition in recent times have compelled a company to consider these two networks in integrated view for an efficient decision-making throughout the supply chain. We research a generic network design for a closed-loop supply chain to return goods during guarantee period, on the basis of the minimum principle of the entreprise cost, we propose an MILP methimatical model about the number of facilities, their locations and the allocation of the corresponding goods flow.Then the problem is solved using Bender method.
