摘要 转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)是表皮生长因子(EGF)家族的重要成员。哺乳动物的胚胎、输卵管和子宫均分泌该细胞因子。它对胚胎的生长、发育和子宫内膜“着床窗口期”的构建有一定影响。本文仅就着床期间TGF-α对胚胎及子宫的作用加以综述。 Transforming growth factor- α(TGF - a)is an essential member of EGF family. It is secreted by mammal embryos, fallopian tube and uterus. TGF - α takes certain effects on embryo development and construction of the implantation windows in uterus. This articles sums up the impression and probable mechanisms of TGF - α to embryoand uterus at implantation.
