摘要
当前新课程师资培训的一些举措与新课程理念相背离,其症结在于对教师的自主发展的重视不够。教师的自主发展突破了教师专业发展的概念框架,力图实现教师发展的工具意义和本体意义的统一,实现作为人的教师本身发展对作为教师的专业发展的包含式超越。要促进教师的自主发展,既需着眼于教育理论与教育实践的互动共生,更需注重教师个体、教师群体与学校的互动共生。
Teachers' autonomy development has not been given sufficient attention, which is the reason why some measures for teachers' training deviate from the ideas of the new curriculum. Teachers' autonomy development strives to integrate instrumental values of teachers' development with its ontological values. To promote teachers' autonomy development, it is not only necessary to reinforce the link between theory and practice, but is also important to pay attention to interaction and intergrowth among the individual teacher, teacher community and the school.
