摘要
主要以恩施自治州不同产地的5种纯天然食用植物花菇、薇菜、蕨菜、莼菜和茶叶为原料,对其锌、汞含量的测定,同时分析评定了恩施州纯天然食用植物的食用安全性.结果表明:这些样品中Zn、Hg含量分别在(1.000~3.300)mg/kg、(0.015~0.034)mg/kg之间,符合国家食品卫生标准.
In this paper, using five kinds of natural plants, mushroom, Osmunda, pteridium, brasenia schreberi J F Gmel and tea as the raw naterials, the Zn and Hg contents of them were determined , and the food safty of natural plants from Enshi was analyzed as well. The results showed that their Zn and Hg contents were ( 1.000-0.034) mg/kg, and (0.015-0. 034) mg/kg respectively, and it conoforms to GB.
