摘要 研究甲壳寡糖对运动小鼠的抗疲劳效用.方法:4周龄昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、运动组、甲壳寡糖组.运动组和甲壳寡糖组进行4周的游泳训练,最后一次进行力竭游泳后采用心脏取血,肝素抗凝,测定血糖(Gluc)浓度、血乳酸(La)含量和血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性.取肝组织和后肢肌肉测定肝糖原(LG)、肌糖原(MG)含量.结果:实验4周后,甲壳寡糖组游泳力竭时间显著延长(P<0.05),Gluc浓度、LG和MG含量高于运动组(P<0.01);而血La含量、血浆LDH活性明显低于运动组(P<0.01).甲壳寡糖组La、LDH、Gluc、LG和MG含量与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结果表明,甲壳寡糖可改善小鼠有氧供能和增进糖原贮备,提高抗疲劳能力. The effect of Chitooligosaccharide on the delay of fatigue has been studied in the trained mice. Methods: The mice were divided randomly into 3 groups: control group, training group,and Chitooligosaccharide group. The training group and Chitooligosaccharide group had trained 4 weeks, and after the last time they were swum exhaustive, the Glue, La content and LDH activity in plasma, LG content in liver and MG content in muscle were tested. Results: It was found that the Chitooligosaecharide group showed delay of fatigue, Glue, LG and MG contents were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ), and La content and LDH activity decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no statistical significance in La, LDH, Glue, LG and MG among Chitooligosaccharide group and control group( P 〉 0.05). These indicated that Chitooligosaccharide can delay exercise - induced fatigue and improve exercise performance.
