The Analysis on the Spirits of Humanism of Distance Education

本文探讨了人文主义精神的内涵与人文主义教育的主要特征,分析了人文主义精神在现代远程教育中的表现:其宗旨是“一切为了学习者,为了一切学习者”,关注学生的状态和思维状态、学生自身的价值、学生的奋斗目标、学生对人生的追求、学生的个性特征、学生的情感培养以及学生的审美追求等等,并指出了现代远程教育中存在的疏离人文主义精神的现象。

Based on the spirits of humanism presented in distance education, the article discusses the connotation of humanism and the main features of humanism education, the tenet of which is presented in its missionary slogan，“All for the learners, for all the learners”， Therefore the learner＇ s living status, his ideas and values, his goals and career, his individuality and his feelings, his cultivation and aesthetic pursuits are all taken consideration. The article also points out that there exists an intendancy in contemporary distance education to get alienated from the spirits of humanism。
