摘要
上海电视大学在现代远程开放教育的实践中,不断总结经验,逐步形成了“运用现代信息技术,以学习者自主学习为中心、教育者引导学习为前提、多种媒体教学资源和手段支助学习为基础的‘导学-自学-助学’三维互动教学模式”,简称为“3L”教学模式。本文在“3L”教学模式的实践中,提出教师在远程教学中应遵循一定的原则发挥导学作用,结合现代远程教育的特点,联系教学方法,精心设计教学内容,提高自己的综合素质,对自己的角色及职能作出相应的调整。
STVU has formed the “3L” teaching model by modem open distance education practice. The “3L” Model is:“ The three interknitted dimension of Teaching Model of Guided Learning, Self-Learning and Supported Learning”. Author indicated some principles of the distance teaching by practicing “3L” Teaching Model; how to adjust oneself as a teacher role and function by teaching methods, designing teaching contents ; how to exert oneself in the Guided Learning to combine the modem distance education; how to increase teacher abilities。
