转轨经济中制约企业成长的四维模型初探

On a Four-Variable Model of Restricting the Growth of the Firm in Transitional Economy

企业成长理论除了西方学者在企业内部和产业组织这两个维度研究外,转轨国家中,特别是中国的企业成长理论,应该引入新的变量,即市场维度和政府维度。因此,转轨经济中制约企业成长的四维变量包含:1.企业内部的资源整合与运营效益,2.产业组织的竞争与合作,3.市场需求及市场容量,4.政府规制及产业政策。本文就这四个变量结合中国国情进行探讨。

Besides the two variables-interior of the firm and industry organization -in the theory of the growth of the firm which studied by the west country′s scholar, in transforming countries, especially in China, the new variables should be introduced into it, which named “market” and “government”. So we can develop four dimensionalities in the studying model of the growth of the firm in the transforming economy, they are： 1, resource integrated and operating benefit based on the interior of the firm, 2. the competition and cooperation in the industry organization, 3. the market demand and capacity, 4. the government system and industry policy.
