摘要
本文从交易成本的三个影响因素出发考虑如何在供应商选择过程中对交易成本进行定性和定量分析,并试图利用模糊综合评价方法建立基于交易成本控制的供应商选择模型。
The paper started with three factors that influence the transaction cost, discussed how to do qualitative and quantitative analysis about the transaction cost in the process of the selection of vendors. And then tried to construct the model of the selection of vendors based on the transaction cost control by fuzzy synthesis evaluation.
