摘要
本文通过对封闭式基金的现状总结,对封闭式基金转向开放式基金的可行性及风险进行了详尽的分析。作者在此基础上提出了封转开的可行措施,并从政策支持角度给出了建议。
Through summarize of current situation of close-end fund in China＇s security market, this paper makes detail analysis on the risk and feasibility on converting the close-end fund into open-end fund. The author then raises some feasible measures and some suggestions on how to give full support from policy side.
