关于青岛历史文化名城保护的对策研究

The Countermeasures about the Preservation of the Historic City——Qingdao

在全国101处国家历史文化名城中,青岛是历史最年轻的城市。在中国近代史上,青岛对中国的政治、社会发展起了非常重要的影响作用,并保存了丰富的文化遗迹和文化内涵。青岛的文物和名城保护工作取得了重大成就,但也存在严重的不足,从而导致文化遗迹的严重破坏。鉴此,应在全面落实《文物法》的基础上,提高名城保护意识,扩大历史街区保护范围和历史建筑数量,处理好保护与开发的关系,合理开发历史文化资源,发挥专家作用,健全和完善名城保护机制。

Among the 101 national historic cities in China,Qingdao is not a city with a long history. In China′s modern history, Qingdao has really played a very important part in the political and social development of our country, and also has preserved rich cultural relics and their implied meanings. We have made great achievements in the protection of the relics and the city, but of course, we still have many problems,so that it leads to the serious destruction of the relics. We must strictly comply with Law of Cultural Relics，have the consciousness of protecting the city, enlarge the range and quantity of the old blocks and buildings,deal with the relationship between preservation and development properly，develop the cultural resources advisablely， bring the experts into full play，and improve the system of the city preservation。
