青岛市拥有近百种地理标志资源。但其法律保护工作十分薄弱,地理标志法律保护的意识、工作机制、专业协会的服务功能、市场监管等方面均存在缺陷,需要在地理标志开发、研究、国内和国际法律保护等方面不断加大工作力度。

Qingdao owns the resources of almost 100 geographical indications, but its legal protection work is very weak. As far as their legal protection is concerned, there are a lot of blemish in its consciousness, working mechanism, service function of the professional association, marketing supervise and management. Therefore we should take more and more efforts in the aspect of geographical indications development，research as well as domestic and international legal protection。
