摘要 目的研究津白Ⅱ小鼠BCML-TAⅡ99乳腺癌模型和615小鼠Ca761乳腺癌模型证候属性,以期建立证病结合肿瘤模型.方法①将BCML-TAⅡ99乳腺癌瘤株接种于津白Ⅱ小鼠,Ca761乳腺癌瘤株接种于615小鼠,昆明小鼠不接种瘤株,2种模型于接种后第19~29天分别与昆明小鼠同步系统检测生物学特性,然后评价2种小鼠乳腺癌模型的证候属性.②治疗反证:将BCML-TAⅡ99乳腺癌瘤株接种于津白Ⅱ小鼠,然后分为5组.在接种瘤株的同时开始灌喂给药,于接种瘤株后22~32 d取样,观测体质量,瘤质量(瘤大),病死率.③预防性治疗反证:津白Ⅱ小鼠分为4组,给药73 d,在给药第45天接种BCML-TAⅡ99乳腺癌瘤株.接种瘤株后第40天动物全部死亡.观测体质量、瘤质量(瘤大)、病死率、接种瘤株后生存时间.结果津白Ⅱ小鼠BCML-TAⅡ99乳腺癌模型和615小鼠Ca761乳腺癌模型均有寒证表现,以前者为明显.2种模型虚证表现不明显.结论首次系统评价2种自发性可移植性恶性肿瘤模型的证候属性.2种小鼠乳腺癌模型的证候属性同中有异. Objective: It is to study the syndrome properties in BCML- TAⅡ 99 breast cancer model of JinBai Ⅱ mice and Ca761 breast cancer model of 615 mice in order to establish the tumor models of syndrome combining with disease, Methods (1)BCML-TAⅡ99 breast cancer cell strain was inoculated into JinBai Ⅱ mice and Ca761 breast cancer cell strain was inoculated into 615 mice. No inoculation was performed in Kunming mice. Biological characteristics were examined in the two kinds of models at the 19th to 29th day after inoculations respectively together with Kunming mice synchronously. The syndrome properties in the two breast cancer models were evaluated. (2)Counterevidence by treatment: BCML-TAⅡ 99 breast cancer cell strain was inoculated into JinBai Ⅱ mice. Then the mice were divided into five groups. Drugs were administered orally together with inoculations. Samplings were performed 22 to 32 days after inoculations. Body mass, tumor mass (tumor size) and mortality were observed. (3)Counterevidence by preventive treatment: JinBai Ⅱ mice were divided into four groups. Drugs were given orally for 73 days. At the 45th days after giving drugs, BCML-TAⅡ99 breast cancer cell strain was inoculated. All mice died at the 40th day after inoculation. Body mass, tumor mass (tumor size), mortality and survival time after inoculation were observed. Results The cold syndrome appeared in both BCML-TAⅡ 99 breast cancer model of JinBai Ⅱ mice and Ca761 breast cancer model of 615 mice. The former was more obvious. The deficiency syndrome was not distinct in both models. Conclusion The syndrome properties of the two models of transplantable malignant tumor which are evaluated systemically for the first time are similar with a little ifference.
