斜轧方法生产圆弧齿轮坯分析

Analysis to Producing Circle-Arc Helical Gears by Skew Rolling Method

此文根据斜轧变形与圆弧齿轮的特点,运用金属变形理论、齿轮啮合原理及微分几何等方法,对斜轧圆弧齿轮坯的过程进行了分析,认为此方法是生产高性能齿轮坯的好方法。

In this article,the characteristics of skew rolling and circular an helical gear wear studies,and the method of producing the gear of this kind by skew rolling was analized. This analysis shows that it is a good method to produce high quality gears. Some theories such as plastic forming,gear meshing and differencial geometry were used here.
