摘要 利用电机调速专用单片机80C196MC和富士功率模块IPM-7MBP50RA060,设计了一种简洁实用的自动门变频调速系统.自动门的运行速度曲线与常用的梯形变频调速曲线不同,采用S形曲线对电机进行调速控制,以及采用自带缓冲制动单元的功率模块实现柔性制动,增强了自动门运行的稳定性和平滑性.整个系统简洁,高效,稳定,易于维护,且成本较低. Based on single-chip microcomputer 80C196MC special for speed adjusting of motor and FUJI's IPM (7MBPSORA060) ; this paper has designed a frequency converting speed system of automatic door, which is simple but practical. Different from the routine trapeziform curve of frequency converting speed system, the motor's speed was adjusted according to exponential curve , and soft braking was realized by detent unit contained in the power module, enhancing the fluency and stability when running. The whole system is simple, efficient, steady and easy to maintain, and lith low cost.
