摘要
利用红外传感技术设计开发了一种工业检测系统.介绍了该光电控制检测系统的主要功能模块及设计方法.在传统粗纱机FA431及部分机械设备上试验调试的成功,验证了该设计的可行性.
Through the infrared-ray Transducer developing the indnstry examination system, this paper introduces the workflow and main function models in the design. Through parts selection, it gets the verification with application in FA431 and some machine equipments, and the design of the system is validated with the successful experimental results.
