摘要 目的研究氢化可的松对体外培养的肾小管上皮细胞增殖的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法采用MTT比色法,观察氢化可的松对体外培养的肾小管上皮细胞增殖的影响。结果一定浓度下的氢化可的松能够促进体外培养的肾小管上皮纠胞增殖,但是随着浓度的增加(0·1g·L-1),氢化可的松对其增殖作用会下降。结论不同浓度下的氢化可的松对体外培养的肾小管上皮细胞的活性是不同的。 Objective To determine whether hydrccortisone has the proliferation effects on renal tubular epithelial cells and explore the mechanism. Methods After being stimulated by hydrocortisone at different concentration, the proliferation of renal tubular epithelial cells were determined by MTT methods. Results When the hydrocortisone was at the low concentration, the proliferation effects increased, but with the hydrocortisone concentration' s (0.1 g· L^-1 ) increasing, the proliferation effects decreased. Conclusion Different hydrocortisone concentration has different effects on renal tubular epithelial cells.
