摘要
木糖生产中水解液脱色的粉末活性炭,使用后脱色性能下降很快,不能重复利用,致使木糖生产成本高。为此,采用了先盐酸处理、后高温活化的方法,对废旧炭进行了处理,同时考察了盐酸浓度、活化温度、活化时间等因素的影响。结果表明:用质量分数8%的盐酸处理,900℃高温活化5 h,活性炭的脱色性能恢复至新炭的86%,能重新用于水解液脱色。
During the producing xylose, the powder of activated carbon is used to decolor hydrolysis liquid directly, but the decoloration capability decreased substantially and can' t be reused and to cause production costs of xylose so high. The waste activated carbon was treated with hydrochloric acid, then activated in high temperature, meanwhile, effect of the concentration of hydrochloric acid, activation time, activation temperature on reclaiming activated carbon were studied. And then the optimal process parameters were obtained: hydrochloric acid concentration is 8%, activation temperature is 900℃ and time is 5 h.The decoloration capability of waste activated carbon recovered 86% and can be reused.
